This cancellation and refund policy affords us the most flexibility when it comes to conducting training sessions. Please review and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Policy consists of the following. Please read in entirety:
- Cancellations with full refund may be made up to seven days prior to CERTIFICATION COURSE start date
- Cancellations with partial refund may be made up five days prior to CERTIFICATION COURSE start date
- Cancellations within 48hr. window of CERTIFICATION COURSE start date will be subject to loss of payment
- Cancellations with full refund may be made up to four days prior to KNOWLEDGE BASED COURSE start date
- Cancellations with partial refund may be made up three days prior to KNOWLEDGE BASED COURSE start date
- Cancellations within 24hr. window of KNOWLEDGE BASED COURSE start date will be subject to loss of payment
