David Trieu
Background
Born and raised in Northern Virginia, David is a Marine Corps Veteran and a graduate of George Mason University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Honors. He enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2012, completing boot camp at Parris Island and Marine Corps Combat Training at Camp Geiger. Following his training, he graduated from Communications School in 29 Palms as an 0612 Fieldwireman. David’s service includes a tour in Okinawa, Japan, and multiple assignments across California, North Carolina, Korea, and the Philippines.
Passion
A passion for marksmanship led him to be hand selected to attend the Combat Marksmanship Coaches Course and later the Combat Marksmanship Trainer Course at Stone Bay, North Carolina. There, he served as an instructor, helping to develop the next generation of Marine combat marksmanship coaches and trainers. During his tenure, he helped train roughly 400 marksmanship coaches and 100 trainers. With extensive experience and an ever-expanding network within the firearms industry, David now works as a freelance Creative Director and photographer/videographer.
